Over the next four days, the event will mark the 1700th anniversary of the First Ecumenical Council of Nicaea and explore its significance for Catholic-Orthodox unity in our time.

His Grace Bishop Kyrillos opened with a powerful meditation on Nicaea and the mystery of salvation, affirming that: “The Apostolic Tradition is a stream of salvation history flowing through Nicaea into our own day.”
