On the 2nd day of the blessed Coptic month of Misra, 1742 A.M. Year of the Martyrs, Saturday, August 8th, 2026 A.D., His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion met with the diocesan deacons of the eastern region for a spiritual day at St. Thomas The Hermit Coptic Orthodox Church in Temecula, Southern California. During the Divine Liturgy His Eminence consecrated altar vessels and ordained Readers and Chanters.
The day began with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy, followed by an agape meal, a spiritual talk by His Eminence, and two hymns sessions.
