On 17th day of the blessed month of Thoout, Thursday, September 28, 2023, His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied by His Grace Abraham and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos celebrated the feast of the Cross at Holy Cross Coptic Orthodox Church in Escondido, California. His Eminence and Their Graces ordained four of the faithful to the rank of Psaltos (Chanter).
Apart from our father His Eminence and Their Graces, all or part of this blessed event were Presbyters Fr. Antony Selim and Fr. George Awad.
