On Saturday, March 12, 2016, The Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Los Angeles will be having a Diocese-wide servants’ day hosted by the St. Athanasius and St. Cyril Coptic Orthodox Theological School in Claremont. The day will begin with the Divine Liturgy at 8am. All the details are provided in the attached flyer below.
In preparation for this event, we need your help with two small items.
First, we will need the contact information for the head of servants for each of your parishes, so that we may contact them regarding a Diocese survey and help establish an ongoing contact list for each parish.
Second, we will need your assistance in distributing and completing this digital survey to all your servants (http://goo.gl/forms/A3jKZK3mWW) so that we can utilize this information for the service in the Diocese and for ACTS. Please provide this link to all the servants in your church ASAP. At the very least, please ensure that at a minimum 4 servants (2 younger and 2 older) complete this survey by February 14, 2016
