On the 1st Sunday of the blessed Coptic month of Misra, August 11, 2024, His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied by His Grace Bishop Abraham, and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos laid hands on and ordained the blessed servant Fady Rofail as Deacon Mina Rofail for the Christ loving Diocese of Los Angeles to serve at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Los, California.
Also, His Eminence and Their Graces consecrated an Icon of St. Pope Kyrillos VI and St. Father Bishoy Kamel.
Participated in the Divine Liturgy were Presbyters: Fr. Samuel El-Baramousy, Fr. George Aziz, and Fr. Rewies Antoun.
