On Sunday, January 21, 2007, His Grace Bishop Serapion ordained Fr. Mina Wahba Youssef, of Saint Demiana Church in San Diego, to the priestly rank of Hegumen at Saint Demiana Church in San Diego. Also on the same day, the blessed servant Raouf Ibrahim was ordained to Archdeacon and was given the new name of “Kyrillos”.
