Deacon Mina was born in Egypt in 1947 and earned a degree in accounting. He was ordained a Full Deacon by the hands of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion on December 28, 2025, to serve at St. Cyril of Alexandria Coptic Orthodox church in Irwindale. His Grace Bishop Abraham and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos participated in this blessed ordination.
