On Friday, April 7, 2006 Fr. David Abdelsayed returned from his 40 day stay in the Monastary of St. Pishoy, in Wadi El Natroun Region, Egypt. Fr. Mina Wahba Youssef Ordained Hegumen
On Sunday, January 21, 2007, His Grace Bishop Serapion ordained Fr. Mina Wahba Youssef, of Saint Demiana Church in San Diego, to the priestly rank of Hegumen at Saint Demiana Church in San Diego. Also on the same day, the blessed servant Raouf Ibrahim was ordained to Archdeacon and was given the new name of “Kyrillos”. Archdeacon Kyrillos will be ordained as priest for St. Demiana Church in San Diego on Sunday, February 11, 2007.
