With great joy and thanksgiving to our Lord Jesus Christ, yesterday we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Los Angeles, Southern California, and Hawaii. This blessed milestone offers us a moment to reflect upon the abundant grace of God that has guided, sustained, and nurtured our Diocese from its humble beginnings until today. When the Diocese was formally established in 1995, it was
the fruit of years of faithful service, deep commitment, and tireless labor by clergy and laity who longed to see the Church of God flourish in this part of the world. Over the past three decades, the Lord has blessed us with remarkable growth—not only in the number of churches and ministries, but, more importantly, in spiritual maturity, unity, and love.
We the Diocese are beyond thankful and blessed to be lead and served by our true father His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion.
We pray that that may God keep the fatherhood of His Eminence for us for many years and peaceful times shepherding his flock in purity and righteousness and confirm His Eminence on his throne for many years!
