On the 25th day of the blessed Coptic month of Abib, 1741, Friday, August 1st, 2025, His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied by His Grace Bishop Bishop Stephanos (Bishop of Beba, Fashn & Samasta), His Grace Bishop Abraham, and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos laid hands on and ordained the blessed servant Mr. Michael Khalil as Deacon Moses Khalil for the Christ loving Diocese of Los Angeles to serve at Holy Nativity Coptic Orthodox Church in Riverside, California.
The ordination took place at St. Monica Coptic Orthodox Church in Costa Mesa, California.
