On the 5th Sunday of the blessed Coptic month of Babah, 1742, November 9, 2025, His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied by His Grace Bishop Kyrillos laid hands on and ordained the blessed servant Mr. Tharwat Morcos as Deacon Bishoy Morcos for the Christ loving Diocese of Los Angeles to serve at St. Pope Kerollos VI Coptic Orthodox Church in Westminster, California.
Participated in the Divine Liturgy were: Hegumen: Fr. Athanasius Ragheb, Presbyter: Fr. Kyrillos Fam, Archdeacon: Arsani Sidarous, and Deacon: Abraam Girgis
