On the 6th day of the blessed Coptic month of Hatour, 1742, Saturday November 15, 2025, His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion celebrated the Divine Liturgy at St. Mary Magdalene Coptic Orthodox Church in Palm Desert, California. His Eminence ordained one of the faithful to the rank Subdeacon, one of the faithful to the rank Reader, and three of the faithful to the rank Chanter.
Following the Divine Liturgy His Eminence met with the blessed congregation of the church for a spiritual talk.
Participated in the Divine Liturgy were: Hegumen: Fr. Thomas Rizkallah and Presbyter: Fr. Paul Elias. May the intercessions of St. Mary Magdalene be with us all.
