On Saturday, September 5, 2026, the Annual Diocese Servants Convention began at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa and continued through September 7, 2026.
This year’s convention was held under the theme “It Happened One Night: Advice for Servants from the Life & Writings of Pope Shenouda III,” providing servants with an opportunity for spiritual growth, fellowship, and reflection on the life, teachings, and wisdom of His Holiness Pope Shenouda III.
The convention was held under the auspices of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos, Auxiliary Bishop for Christian Education, and was blessed by the presence of His Grace Bishop David from the Diocese of New York and New England.
The convention also featured specialized workshops covering important areas of ministry, including “Different Ways of Communication,” a workshop specifically for servants of pre-servants, providing guidance and practical insight for those preparing and mentoring the next generation of servants, as well as “New Technology & AI in Service,” exploring the role of emerging technology in supporting and enhancing the service.
May God bless all the servants of the Diocese, strengthen them in their ministry, and allow the fruits of this blessed convention to continue in their lives and service for the glory of His Holy Name.
