Our Lord Jesus Christ promised the gift of the Holy Spirit to His disciples "I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever" (John 14:16). He assured them that the Holy Spirit would reveal truth to the Church.

Can a person who is not a member of the Orthodox faith participate in the Mystery of Anointing the Sick (Unction)?

In our Orthodox Church the Mystery of Unction of Sick is only administered to Orthodox believers who are in full communion as the case in all other Mysteries (of course, except for Baptism).
